From the walk

The day starts with a morning walk in the Parco di Torcito, discovering the woods and the surrounding country.
You then come back to the masseria for a proper fresh pasta class, learning to shape traditional Apulian orecchiette by hand.
Once the pasta is made comes the best part: you cook together and sit down to lunch with everything made during the experience.
