What is the pentolo dinner show?
It is a dinner where the pasta is finished in plain sight in the great traditional pentolo, in front of the guests, while the chef talks through the cooking techniques, the use of the pentolo and the secrets of the dishes.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
The spadellata in the pentolo is available for groups of at least 10 people and must be requested from the masseria in advance.
